Subject to the under mentioned conditions and exemptions Richter Audio Pty Ltd warrants all products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the individual products specified warranty period from the date of its original purchase. The benefits given in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies, which the purchaser has under the Competition and Consumer Act.

100% money back guarantee: Simply return your product and we will refund you the price of the goods, (excluding postage) provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.

We cannot accept return of opened packages of consumables.

However please choose your items carefully as we may charge for the postage cost of refunds or exchanges. Items must be returned to Richter Audio within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Defective items must be returned to Richter Audio within the individual products warranty period from the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.

How to return your item:

  1. Contact Richter Customer Support @: Richter Support
  2. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Number (RN). The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RN number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  3. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
  4. As soon as the return has been received – a replacement product will be shipped.


  • The return must be received by Richter Audio within (14) fourteen days of the RN number being issued.
  • Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Richter Audio.
  • All returns must have an RN number.
  • Any item that is returned to Richter Audio without an RN number will be returned to sender.
  • If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy contact us @ Richter Support to confirm if your return can be accepted.
